The video we show here is just a highlight video. The video that our videographer films includes the entire ceremony, plus a highlight video of some of the most romantic portions of the photography session. The videographer will also ask you to share your favorite song, which will enhance the overall emotional impact and make the footage more personal. The videos are approximately 20- 25 minutes depending on if you add a ukulele.
The videographer has done over 7,000 weddings in Maui. He uses two cameras and puts a wireless mic on the officiant, the bride and groom, and the ukulele musician as well. In post-production, he edits between the two cameras, capturing close-ups and panoramic shots. As the owner of Affordable Barefoot Maui Weddings, I, Eric, began doing wedding videos in 1990 and have been a part of thousands of weddings. The Hawaaian-themed ceremony that we have created has taken decades of research to create. It is authentic! The words about the flower leis I believe are one of a kind. Likewise, the sentiments shared about ohana (family) captures the essence of Hawaiian culture. The description of aloha is much, much more than the conventional understanding of aloha. In Hawaiian culture, aloha has a much deeper meaning. The sand ceremony also is unforgettable and unique in Hawaiian essence.
