I truly cannot recommend Affordable Barefoot Maui Weddings strongly enough. Shane and his team (Wayne, Kayla, Kela, and Shauna behind the scenes) were absolutely incredible.

It was SO easy—they planned and took care of EVERY detail, after I made a few choices. Other than the sunset, which obviously they can’t control, it truly could not have been any more perfect.

Shane showed up with the rose petals, leis, bridal bouquet, Raku sand jar, the large conch shell he blew at the beginning & end of the ceremony, and an umbrella – just to make sure it didn’t rain.

Wayne is very talented and played four of the most fitting, beautiful songs on his ukelele at just the right times. (You DEFINITELY want to add his service!)

Kayla helped me with the back of my dress when I arrived, and took the most beautiful pictures. You would never know how overcast it truly was by looking at her pictures.

Kela created an amazing video documenting our special day. (I would HIGHLY encourage you to add on the video package, as well. We almost didn’t, and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched it in the last 10 days!)

Shane brought everything we needed, and was so wonderful to work with. Our ceremony was beautifully written and delivered. It was meaningful, thoughtful, and heartfelt. There was so much genuine happiness throughout, and I credit Shane and Wayne for that special vibe. They had us smiling, relaxed, and genuinely laughing throughout the ceremony – which goes along just perfectly with our relationship.

And hats off to Shauna and her wedding planning skills! She replied to every email quickly, answered each of my questions thoroughly, and planned every detail impeccably.

I am SO thankful we chose this special, family-owned company. We appreciate how stress-free, organized, and personal our wedding was, and we will cherish these memories forever.

We decided relatively at the last minute to get married during our vacation to Maui. Shane and team were amazing. I highly recommend the floral bridal bouquet and the ukulele player. So happy with both of these upgrades on our elopement package. We were able to book the sunset ceremony and very pleased with our decision. However, it rained the entire day on the west side of the island. Not drizzle but rained. We decided we were getting married no matter what. When we arrived at Makena Cove at about 5:00 PM, all of a sudden, the skies turned blue and we had zero rain during the ceremony. The sunset was not as colorful as it might have been on a sunny day but still amazing and so happy that we continued. Highly recommend! Our ceremony was so special and just the two of us.

I highly recommend Affordable Barefoot Maui Wedding and Vow renewal! We used them for our 30th wedding anniversary renewal and was the best & beautiful experience we could have asked for! If you are reading this review and wondering about Barefoot Maui Weddings, I’m here to tell you, they are not only the real deal, they are exceptional. We recently inquired about the elopement package and Shane was so thorough and provided all the details needed. We were married this week and completely delighted by just how smooth everything went. Shane takes care of every-single-detail, all you have to do is show up! Shane, the photographer and the ukulele performer Wayne are truly amazing people. They brought great vibes to our special day. I’m so glad we found them. They truly gave us the wedding of our dreams. I highly recommend. They deserve all five stars!

Shane was Amazing and his words were heart felt and loving as he married us, then he took pictures and we had a blast. We could not have asked for a better experience! Shane did a beautiful job incorporating our wishes such as the type of ceremony we wanted and including my son. The photographs were amazing and the Ukele player added so much to the ceremony!! I appreciate that everything was taken care of and beautiful such as the leis, the bouquet, etc. and planned so I didn't have to do it, this ceremony was something I will cherish forever! I highly recommend using Barefoot Maui if you are looking to get married or renew your vows!
