From the start, the team was responsive, welcoming, and honest. This was my first trip to Hawaii, so I had plenty of questions! They answered every question and concern quickly, helping me feel comfortable and confident about what to expect. There were no surprises, and I really appreciated that peace of mind leading up to our wedding. One of the highlights of our day was Wayne, our ukulele player. If you’re on the fence about adding him to your package, consider this your sign to do it! He was incredibly talented and kind, bringing a beautifully calming atmosphere to our ceremony. He even shared a prayer for us in his native language, which made the moment feel especially meaningful. Fun, personable, and a joy to be around, Wayne added something truly special to our day. We’re so glad he was part of it!

We were supposed to have our wedding ceremony at Makena Cove, but Mother Nature had other plans! High tide washed our beach away, so we ended up saying “I do” at Maluaka Beach instead, and it did NOT disappoint! ❤️🌊✨ Sometimes things don’t go as planned, but they turn out even more beautiful than you imagined. Shane did an absolutely amazing job officiating our ceremony, making our special day unforgettable with Shane and Hayden melting the stress away. Even the turtles showed up for us. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place or a more perfect moment to begin our forever in Maui. 🌴🐢💕

Shane did an amazing job on our wedding his attention to detail made our ceremony very special. The pictures are very beautiful. We had a special guest a monk seal added to the the wedding. Great company to work with made planning the wedding very easy.

We had the most amazing experience with Shane at our wedding in Mekena Cove today. It was more than we could’ve ever imagined and highly recommend their services to anyone thinking about getting married in Maui!! From Shane‘s heartfelt vows, to the different elements of the ceremony, such as the sand ceremony were truly heartwarming, and the things memories are made of 💖

Five stars all the way! Eric and Shane are absolutely amazing! My husband and I decided we wanted to have our wedding on Maui and found them 2 days before we wanted to get married. They were absolutely amazing and squeezed us in while we were on Maui. Not to mention it was a holiday and they still gave us the most beautiful wedding. They were also able to get our flowers and everything so last minute! Our pictures turned out absolutely beautiful! If you’re wanting to get married on Maui 100% recommend them! Thank you so much!

Best Wedding Maui Experience! From easy planning/arrangements, continuous and consistent communications up to the event, reasonable cost, to Shane our wonderful and warm officiant, Wayne our lovely and gracious Hawaiian ukulele musician and the rest of family-team that put our wedding together…Thank you!! Such a beautiful ceremony with amazing Maui vibe in a gorgeous location. We appreciated getting our photos right away, no extra charges!!! Shane truly exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and meaningful to all of us. Wayne (music) was amazing and fun! He helped to get the attendees involved in the celebration. All of my emails, texts, etc were responded to almost immediately and so efficiently. We didn't have to think about a thing, it was all taken care of for us. It was worth every penny. 🙂

Everything was truly amazing!! I highly recommend them! We communicated through email with Shauna and she very responsive and on top of it. We truly appreciated her. Shane was also very responsive and helpful. Everything from the ceremony and afterwards (including downloading issues I was having with our photos). He was patient and kind throughout the process. The crew who helped that day was awesome (Hayden and Brian) as well. We got our pictures after the ceremony and received our wedding video the next day. Highly recommend Wayne if you want to include a ukulele playing through out parts of the ceremony. Everything was so prompt and timely. We received beautiful pictures we'll cherish forever! Thank you!

I truly cannot recommend Affordable Barefoot Maui Weddings strongly enough. Shane and his team (Wayne, Kayla, Kela, and Shauna behind the scenes) were absolutely incredible. It was SO easy—they planned and took care of EVERY detail, after I made a few choices. Other than the sunset, which obviously they can’t control, it truly could not have been any more perfect. Shane showed up with the rose petals, leis, bridal bouquet, Raku sand jar, the large conch shell he blew at the beginning & end of the ceremony, and an umbrella – just to make sure it didn’t rain. Wayne is very talented and played four of the most fitting, beautiful songs on his ukelele at just the right times. (You DEFINITELY want to add his service!) Kayla helped me with the back of my dress when I arrived, and took the most beautiful pictures. You would never know how overcast it truly was by looking at her pictures. Kela created an amazing video documenting our special day. (I would HIGHLY encourage you to add on the video package, as well. We almost didn’t, and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched it in the last 10 days!) Shane brought everything we needed, and was so wonderful to work with. Our ceremony was beautifully written and delivered. It was meaningful, thoughtful, and heartfelt. There was so much genuine happiness throughout, and I credit Shane and Wayne for that special vibe. They had us smiling, relaxed, and genuinely laughing throughout the ceremony – which goes along just perfectly with our relationship. And hats off to Shauna and her wedding planning skills! She replied to every email quickly, answered each of my questions thoroughly, and planned every detail impeccably. I am SO thankful we chose this special, family-owned company. We appreciate how stress-free, organized, and personal our wedding was, and we will cherish these memories forever. Mahalo, Shane & much aloha to all of you!
