“Our ceremony was incredible!! One thing I really appreciated was that we just had to show up and Shane took care of everything! We didn’t feel stressed at all. He had our leis, my bouquet, and my daughter’s beautiful flower crown! During the ceremony, we knew where to stand and what to do at all times.”

Stacey & Dustin met in 7th grade while playing percussion in the band. After going to high school together and graduating in 1999 their paths diverged – Dustin joined the Navy while Stacey pursued a bachelor’s degree, had a son named Matthew, and worked in healthcare insurance. In 2011, Stacey had a daughter named Aubrey. In 2019, Stacey and Dustin attended their high school reunion and briefly caught up. A few weeks later, they reconnected with mutual friends during a dinner and comedy show, leading to a fun-filled night at a karaoke bar. Their connection during this reunion event sparked the beginning of their love story.

Stacey was apprehensive about introducing Dustin to her children, but Dustin and Aubrey share interests in messy science experiments, softball, and racing activities. Their relationship blossomed, with Dustin also forming a close bond with Stacey’s adult son Matthew. Over the course of their 2.5-year relationship, Dustin navigated the challenges of the pandemic by creating memorable experiences for the family, such as building a firepit, going on motorcycle rides, and coming up with fun activities together. The couple enjoys spending time with friends from high school, camping, attending sports events, and indulging in date nights. Stacey knew Dustin was the one for her during one of their long car rides filled with laughter and meaningful conversations, solidifying her belief that she was marrying her best friend. Dustin & Stacey couldn’t be happier and their family is complete.

“My daughter was included in every part of the ceremony. Dustin gave her a bracelet at the beginning of our ceremony to show her his love and commitment to her. She was also included in the sand ceremony and walked me down the aisle.

The music Wayne played in the background really complemented and helped set the romantic and fun mood for the ceremony.

We really appreciated having two photographers and the large number of photos taken. All the special moments were caught on camera! We didn’t invite anyone to our wedding in Maui. It was supposed to be a quiet elopement but when our friends and family got wind of it, many of them decided they wanted to be part of it! I love that we have photos of the people in our lives who traveled all the way to Maui to be part of our special day! “

“We planned a wedding reception two weeks after our wedding. When I told Shane, he told me he would do his very best to get the edited photos back to me in time for the reception and he did!!! He really went above and beyond and it was so special to be able to share those photos with all of our family and friends, especially those that weren’t able to attend the ceremony in Maui.

Additionally, when we were on the island, Shane also provided recommendations of beaches and restaurants to check out! “

“Dustin and I are both very laid back. We’re not into formalities and like to have fun and do our own thing. We were able to do that with our ceremony. We laughed, we cried, and just had an amazing time. Hearing Dustin recite his vows to me with the ukulele and the sound of the waves in the background was absolutely perfect! There were moments that I felt like it was just me and Dustin standing there expressing our love for one another and other times that felt like a laid-back beach party with our friends and family! By the end of the ceremony, Wayne and Shane felt like part of our crew as well!

This was my first trip to Maui and I’m already trying to plan a trip back this summer! “
